Customers are encouraged to verify local import regulations and requirements before shipment.

Shipping Inspection & Delivery Claims

Customers are encouraged to inspect shipments upon delivery and report any visible transport damage directly to the freight carrier and Rong Marine within 48 hours of receipt.
